Joseph L Rockne
Joseph Rockne has practiced real estate and civil litigation in Washington State since 1992. His practice is now limited to King and Snohomish Counties. He has handled matters in Pierce, Island, Kittitas, and Grant Counties. In addition to trials, he has handled matters in Division I of the Washington Court of Appeals.
The law is complex. Effective advocacy involves not just knowing and applying the law, but doing so in an economically efficient manner. By limiting the number of matters he handles and the scope of issues he covers, Mr. Rockne aligns his goals with his clients: to resolve the issues quickly and economically.
He is a past author and editor of the quiet title and ejectment chapter in the King County Young Lawyers' Deskbook. He has spoken at continuing legal education seminars on boundary disputes and real estate transactions. He is a past president of the King County Solo and Small Firm Section of the Washington State Bar Association and has been recognized as a Washington Super Lawyer.
He is a graduate of Willamette University College of Law (1991) and Central Washington University (BA History, cum laude, 1988)
When not practicing law, he enjoys traveling with his family, reading, rowing, and walking his dog, Winnie!
